Groundbreaking Ceremony for New School in Nashwauk, MN Celebrated with Killebrew Root Beer and Music from N-K Pep Band

An exciting day in Nashwauk, MN as the official groundbreaking for the new Pre-K – 12 school was held!

The current school building is over 100 years old and is not a proper environment for the ability to teach and learn.

The groundbreaking included speeches by the people who have worked tirelessly on this project since 2016 (seven years total!) and now the building will begin.

Craig Menozzi (pictured enjoying his post-event Killebrew Root Beer) was part of this dedicated staff who worked though many hurdles to accomplish this goal.

Killebrew Root Beer and Killebrew Cream Soda were a part of this celebration, which included the N-K pep band, and over 100 community members and current students from the area.

Congratulations to the Nashwauk-Keewatin community for this well-earned successful step!
